Winemaking techniques

after cold settling, the rosé is left on fine lees at low temperatures for a fortnight. Fermentation then begins and is controlled at low temperatures. Native yeasts.

Tasting notes

pleasant, exhilarating nose centred on red fruit. Lively, balanced and refreshing on the palate.
