Average age of the vines: 10 years. The slope imparts good natural drainage to the soils made up of marl, sandy clay and molasse below, and quite recent silt towards the top.

Winemaking techniques

after cold settling, the dry white is left on fine lees at low temperatures for a fortnight. Fermentation then begins and is controlled at low temperatures. Native yeasts.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow robe, elegant nose of citrus, white fruit. Aromatic and elegant.
