Average age of the vines: 25 years. The slope imparts good natural drainage to the soils made up of marl, sandy clay and molasse below, and quite recent silt towards the top.

after cold settling, the sweet white is left on fine lees. Native yeasts.

Tasting notes

Château Malagar sweet white is painstakingly produced over sequential passes. Its rich history can be found in its supple smoothness, its freshness and its roasted notes. Golden yellow colour, elegant nose of candied fruit, rich spices. Fruity and elegant. Long on the finish.
